I have been searching for years for some information about Whitehawk. I lived at 104 Hervey Road from 1941 to 1958 and I've been trying to find some old maps of the area. My brother, Robin, who still lives in Whitehawk, sent me some maps he found at some offices in North Street, showing Whitehawk and Kemptown. These photos on your site are absolutely fabulous. I come to Whitehawk a couple of times a year to meet up with my family who still live in the Brighton area. I wish I knew about your meetings. We stayed at my brother's flat in Whitehawk for two weeks at the end of August. I could have come along to the meeting. Sorry I missed that. Thanks for the wonderful photos. Ken. I am trying to get hold of a copy of the picture that is displayed in the Whitehawk Medical Centre. It is made up of 3 sections, with the title "A Look at Whitehawk in 1935 by Fred Netley" stamped across the middle of it. Are you able to help. Many Thanks and Kind Regards
