My mother`s maiden name was Stoner. Her father was Adrian Lionel Wilfred Stoner who was the son of Sydney & his first wife Emma Stoner. (a dentist) Are your stoners connected do you think? Sydney`s parents were Adolphus & Antoinette Stoner - he was a Jeweller as was his father George. There seem to be a few Stoner dentists - uncles of Sydneys?

Clara Stoner was my great grandmother. I have lived in Pevensey Bay for 46 years and have been researching various branches of family line. Florence Deacon nee Stoner was my grandmother and I lived with her and Ivy Lewry during the war. I would love contact from any other great grandchildren of Clara especially Diane who I believe lives in Horsebridge but I do not have a surname for her. Jackie Bearcoe nee Hubbard
