Just out of shot up Richmond Hill, was the small shop owned by William Pannel. William died about 1905 and his effects must have then been sold off. His watch turned up 7 years later on a young male corpse from the Titanic disaster that to this day has yet to be identified.

My great, great, great grandparents Edmund and Susannah Hildyard were hotel keepers and victuallers of the Richmond Hotel, Richmond Place in 1841. Their son Alfred Merrill Hildyard was born there. Any further information gratefully received!
